Parenting in Partnership

Children are a gift from God but raising them can be hard work! 

Let's do it together, in partnership with God, with each other and with the church. 

Last term we ran monthly Friday evenings meetings were we looked at a specific aspect of parenting together, pray and support each other. Everyone who was involved with raising a child of any age was welcome along.

This term as we are moving out of the building the Parenting in Partnership ministry will be paused but we are looking forward to starting it up again soon!

Meeting dates and themes in 2025 were as follows:

  1. Friday the 14th of March - Screen and internet use using a resource from Care for the Family called "Left to their own devices".  Please see Left to their own devices
  2. Friday the 25th of April - Sensory strategies we can use to support our children with Jess Hill
  3. Friday the 23rd of May - Part 1: Supporting our children's emotional wellbeing using a resource from Care for the Family called "A mind of their own".  Please see A mind of their own
  4. Friday the 20th of June - Part 2: Supporting our children's emotional wellbeing using a resource from Care for the Family called "A mind of their own".
